Romania's participation to the High Level Segment of the Commission on Human Rights - March 18, 2004

Romania was represented at the High-level segment of the Commission on Human Rights, by H.E. Ambassador Ion Diaconu, Secretary-General in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, special envoy to the 60th session who presented, on 18 March 2004, a statement about various aspects of the legislative and institutional developments in the national system for the protection of human rights.
