Romania eliminated its anti-pesonnel mines stocks - March 25, 2004

A ceremony entitled " Romania Free of Anti-Personnel Mines " took place in Cislau - Romania on 25 March 2004, marking the completion of the anti-personnel mines stocks destruction. Mr. Ioan Mircea Pascu, Romanian Minister of National Defense, attended the event. H.E. Doru Costea, the Permanent Representative of Romania to UNOG, presented a statement on this subject in the Conference on Disarmament.
